You decided to make a video because…

We were undergoing an exciting name change and rebrand. A video was the perfect medium for us to visually communicate the simplicity, convenience, and benefits of our app.

Tell us about the process from your perspective?

The process was surprisingly simple. You start by answering some very straight forward questions via their online form, then you get a cast of talented videographers to choose from.  

Any results after releasing the video?

We couldn’t be happier with the result of our video – we’ve received positive feedback both internally and externally.

How did you pick your creator?

We chatted with each of the candidates recommend to us briefly via phone about their proposals. We found a great fit and moved forward from there.

Would you do anything differently?

Nope. I’d do it all over again, just as we did – without hesitation!

Tips for Future Clients: 

Spend time really thinking through the questions on the online form. This was the toughest part of the process for us, but it made the rest of the project fall right into place pretty effortlessly.
