They recently released an app that monitors what you are searching for and gives you personalized recommendations from a real realtor. It was recently awarded the Most Innovative Brokerage prize at the International Real Estate Conference in Las Vegas.

They also have a launched their own beautiful app, which is replete with features like the ability to immediately be connected with a realtor or schedule a showing. Their neighborhood guides, which use Google Maps to show the boundaries of the neighborhood you’re exploring, is simple and useful.
